Create a text template that serves as a _special general meeting_.

You can copy-paste the source code of the Silverfin text template _Minutes of the General Meeting_ for this, and tweak that step-by-step.  
Or start from scratch; you’ll see quickly enough where your coding imagination takes you (you might make a better template than us, as you’re able to fully customise how you need it to be!). Therefor, no preview of an example for this.
