We recently noted 3 cases of accounts not being selectable via the pop-up select account.
The cases used different syncs. The problems also occurred in different (custom) reconciliations/account templates. It are templates that have been in use for several years and have not been changed recently.
The only common point we note is that it is always an account on which a transaction was booked for the first time.
We can reproduce the problem in a text document which makes us suspect that the problem is not linked to the template but to a parameter of the account because this account is not selectable anywhere in the dossier.
Below is a simplified example:
The account 621 has a balance different from 0 in financial year 2023.
The code of the text document:`

In other dossiers, however, this account can be selected without any problem.
