Empty reconciliation

Hi, for some reason two of our modules have “disappeared”. It says Empty reconciliation. We know that we have entered information in these modules. Anyone who knows what might have happened?

Is this in the Demo or Live environment? Can you provide me with the name of the client file where this happens?

The issue is on this “if” statement:

On the first link you sent, for example, custom.show.warning_message is blank and period.bookyear_index = 2 so that’s why the template appears empty.

Have you used “copy data” for that particular period so that the roll forward is triggered?
