Hi,
When creating a trigger, we would want to create a filter based on the company.file_code. Is this possible in some kind of way? For the moment I can’t seem to find a way to do this.
Kind Regards

Good morning @b.dalle,
The only way for now to get this to work, is to have this value
company.file_code
taken into a result tag. Because in Insights for now, you can search for those. Perhaps you have a custom reconciliation template you can use for that? Because it’s enough that this is done in the background.
How to create a result-tag, is found here:
Hope this helps you?
Thank you @sven
This works like a charm. However, before i can use a filter based on this, I will need to make sure the template with this custom code has been added to each client in order to get the total picture right? Or is there a way to implement a custom code in a Silverfin Template (which I know is used in every client - f.e. “eigen vermogen”)?
Hi @b.dalle,
I think the best thing to do would be writing the result tag in a template that you know is currently being used by all clients. If all your clients are using a specific workflow you can check which templates are added by default on Templates > Workflows > workflow_name > Auto-added Reconciliations:
Hope that helps,
Best
Borja
That was indeed what I was thinking, however for now we don’t have custom templates added by default.
Thank you for the information!
Kind regards,
Brendan
