Auto reminder of 'To-Do'

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to have an auto reminder of a to-do?

For example, at the end of each quater, we check if there are financial transacties without an invoice of an other document.
If that is the case, I create a to-do in Silverfin and remind our client that he needs to send this invoice to me (see yellow remark in picture). The next morning the client receive a mail with a copy of the to-do in Silverfin.
Sometimes a client forgets to send this invoice, so I would like to know if it is possible that, after a week and the invoice has not been send, the client receives an reminder of the forgotten question (see green remark in picture).

I spoke with the Product team, the functionality you are requesting is currently not possible but we have received this request already a couple of times so it’s in our backlog.

We’d suggest to raise this request by contacting support, so we can add some weight to it in our Product backlog.
