Is it possible to create a ‘to do’ instead of a warningtext?

You can also use an infotext instead of a warningtext.

I mean an actual To do that appears next to the notes and checks.

The Insight feature is the option if you want it as an external to-do, but perhaps it’s also an option to have the to-do as a check within the template?
