Fixed title row (in case of multiple pages)

Hi,

In the template Beroepskosten there is following title row:

But if there are many accounts, the template could be existing several pages. Is it possible, in case there are multiple pages, to make sure this title row is printed again above the accounts on the following pages?

And while I’m at it, how can I make sure en certain template start on a new page (in case whe export multiple templates after eachother.)
