Has anyone set up the following reporting in Silverfin as an annotation so that we can also add our own additional reporting to the “statutory reporting” workflow? The liquid code we previously used in documents cannot be used in the annotation.
We are specifically looking for the following reports:
- Conflict of interest (all directors or any director who is not a shareholder has a conflict of interest)
- Conflict of interest (sole shareholder = sole director)
- Conflict of interest (multiple directors; not all have a conflict of interest)
- Liquidity test & net asset test for BV

And which information are you expecting to flow through to these templates?
