In order to create a text template on firm level, you should first create this text template on company level and than click ‘create template’ under the actions button.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a logo or any other image to a template. Font size and font color customization can be done via the tag {::font size="xs"}Some text{:/font} for the size and the HTML tag <font color="CC0000">Text in color</font> for colors.
