Is there a way I can have a table for when I fill in the reconciliation template however when I include that same template within the reports it doesn’t include that table but includes everything else on that reconciliation template.

Before we proceed further, could you please confirm if my understanding is correct.
Based on what you have described, you have a template with a table that contains some information. When you try to export this template, i.e. generate a PDF file, information that is part of the table is not displayed, while the rest of the information is shown.
Perhaps you can share the code that was used to build the table?
