Selection on individual accounting entries - is this possible with insights?

Hello,
With insights we can make selections based on year-to-date totals of general ledger accounts (individual GL accounts our groups/combinations of GL accounts).
However, we want to make selections based on individual accounting entries.
For example: show me all companies where in the last accounting period, there was 1 or more individual accounting entry in the costs with an amount > 100.000 euro.

Hi @Erik

You could make a new reconciliation template which checks the entries of all costs using the transaction drop and make a result tag with the highest transaction. You can then show all companies in insights which have a value higher than 100.000 for that result tag.

One of the returning tasks for closing years, is to check whether or not certain booked costs couldn’t be marked as an investment, and are therefor wrongly booked as a cost. Through STL you can always access all transaction lines of a certain account (if those transactions are synced or uploaded of course), in the so-called transactions drop. More info here.
