Can template of stresstest be converted in future for the check if the liquidity is good after paying dividends?

I received question of the client if the template of the stresstest could be build, re-used to calculate the situation if the company paid out the dividends. When they want to pay out dividends, they need to prove that the liquidity of the company is healthy enough after they paid those dividends. It would be very interesting if they could use this to do a prognosis concerning this.
