I would like to know if it’s possible to see the taxable amount and the type of vat of one specific account per invoice.

If the taxable amount and the type of vat is something that is uploaded through excel or synced, then you can access them through the transactions drop (https://developer.silverfin.com/docs/transaction).
You can see which columns are available to access through the transaction drop when opening the general ledger of an account:
