External user commenting error

I have shared a report with an external user in Silverfin, and they are running into issues when trying to save their comments. They are creating a comment under the To-do category and the save button is there but they have expressed that when they click the “Save message” button nothing happens. Has anyone run into this error before?

That sounds like pretty weird behaviour and could perhaps be related to a bug in our backend. Would you mind reaching out to our support desk so we can have a proper look at it?
